About Me
Hello! I'm Lucy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and trained EMDR Therapist offering psychotherapy in Grants Pass and Ashland, as well as online to those within the state of Oregon. I work with adult individual clients, and I specialize in treating trauma and anxiety using attachment-focused and body-centered EMDR Therapy.

I come to this work with gratitude for my own journey of profound healing through therapy. I work with a heartfelt commitment to helping others experience a greater sense of freedom, self-knowledge, and inner balance.
I am truly honored to accompany and support others on their healing journeys. I bring my genuine self into the therapy room, and meet you with warmth, respect and collaboration. My work is inspired by my belief that every bit of care, healing and growth we offer to our inner selves, ripples out to positively impact all of our relations. ​​

Qualifications/Training:​

Advanced EMDR training in treating attachment trauma, anxiety and panic disorders, through EMDRIA and through the Personal Transformation Institute.

Trained in Sandra Paulsen's and Katie O'Shea's Early Trauma EMDR Protocol for treating preverbal trauma.

Advanced EMDR training in integrating Ego State Therapy (parts work) with EMDR Therapy with Andrew Seubert through EMDR Professional Training.

Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) by the EMDR Institute of Francine Shapiro (completed full trainings (One and Two), and completed all EMDRIA consultation hours).
